Well, after a few weeks of generally ignoring and being ignored by other deviators, i'm finally settling in. a few people noticed me, and i started noticing others (cheers to hyakumonogatari especially) and although i really only got a deviantart profile to back up some art in case my computer crashed, it's really starting to make my day.

Ugh. School starts Wednesday. That thought keeps ruining my good mood. Ah well.

I've been doing a lot of sketching lately as well... I've always drawn a lot, but usually abstracty stuff. I've been practicing drawing people, and for the first time in my life, i managed to draw a human face that looks symmetrical, vaguely realistic, and free of deformities. It might not compare with everything here, but I'm proud of it. I'll post it when I get around to it.
